The Grade 1 Human Universal class was a truly enriching, enlightening, and refreshing experience. These two days provided us with a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect, and turn our attention inward. Tmt. Sandhya Madam introduced us to the deeper significance of meditation, chakra activation, breathing techniques, and various healing practices. She also guided us on ways to sharpen our focus and concentration and, above all, to consciously direct our energy towards the people, pursuits, and values that genuinely enrich our lives.

       Her method of teaching was engaging, inspiring, and remarkably practical. The techniques and practices she shared with us are sure to help us develop greater mental clarity, emotional stability, inner calm, and overall well-being. The sessions went far beyond the mere imparting of knowledge; they became a meaningful journey of self-discovery, self-awareness, inner renewal, and personal transformation.

        I express my heartfelt gratitude to Tmt. Sandhya Madam for her thoughtful guidance, positive and uplifting presence, patience, and wholehearted dedication.
