1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed in cases of genuine errors such as:
Multiple or duplicate transactions
Incorrect amounts paid due to technical glitches
Payment made for a course not delivered or canceled by us

Refunds are not applicable under the following:

If the course materials have already been accessed/downloaded
If the participant has attended any part of the course
If the refund request is made beyond the specified timeline

2. Request Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.

3. Processing Time
Upon verification of your request, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during registration.

4. How to Request a Refund

Full name
Transaction ID
Course name and amount paid
Reason for the refund request
Incomplete information may delay the processing of your request.

5. No Refund for Utilized Services
If the course content has been accessed, downloaded, or any portion of the program has been attended, the payment is considered utilized and will not be eligible for a refund.
